Many settings were lost, and the UI is drastically different in many areas. I can't afford weeks of downtime every time I upgrade. Is there a tutorial on how to make the transition between the versions?

I think this is the Windows forum; I want a tutorial on migrating 2016 to 2019. The other videos are on how to do stuff in Quicken in general. I want to know where to find what in 2019 that I was using in 2016, including what 'Edit/Preferences …' I have to restore because they don't migrate preferences (not a difficult programming task - have I said that already? - it's extremely easy to migrate preferences, and it's on page 1 of UI strategies for upgrades, near the top of the list.)
Thanks j0000, the part below isn't about your response. I do appreciate your response.
Aside for people who make these videos: I have add/adhd and I'm 58 and it's common in millennials. Lengthy videos don't work for us. There is too much filler and not enough to the point. .I avoid how-to videos as much as possible, last resort only. I can pause and rewind if you are going too fast - don't be afraid to move through subjects more quickly, don't think you have to convince me at the beginning of the video that I want to watch the video. I never read anything with 'for dummies' in the title because I'm not a dummy and I don't watch informational videos because they are about 10x longer than they need to be and that's the reason I fell asleep in class in elementary school (in addition to I stayed up all night reading books), I don't need the filler. I need the info. - There videos for forms of Quicken.Quicken Windows Deluxe (Subscription)

No. It is something I have in common with millennials. The diagnosis of ADD/ADHD is significantly higher with millennials than previous generations. My point is the issue with videos and other non-interactive materials isn't related to the vast gaps in experience that separate all older people from younger generations based on the fact that we grew up with different technologies - it's a group of things that are described as ADD/ADHD on the basis of the overt symptoms.

I flagged your original post and suggested (to a moderator) that it be closed. That would be as close to deleted as it might get, though they could actually delete it. I believe you could flagged it similarly -- for next time.Stupid me, I wish I could delete this post. This is ridiculous.
